Sune Community Standards

Thank you for participating in the Sune platform. These Community Standards establish a set of norms and a common code of conduct that apply to any use of the Sune platform.

Use of the Sune platform, including communication and interaction between individuals on the platform (for example, use of the chat feature during a livestream), is subject to these Community Standards and the Sune Terms of Use.

Changes to these Community Standards may occur from time to time, and are reflected by the "Last Updated" date.

Sune does not support unlawful or inappropriate behavior such as trolling, stalking, abusing, harassing, doxing, threatening, and misrepresenting. We have a zero-tolerance policy against discriminatory, hateful, violent, and exploitative interactions. For examples of prohibited use and behavior, see below.

We may monitor use and behavior on the Sune platform to enforce these Community Standards. We may also act on reports regarding other use and behavior. When and how we act on reports is at our discretion. While we may monitor use and behavior on the Sune platform, we are not responsible for such use or behavior.

If you believe someone is violating these Community Standards, you may report the use or behavior to us by emailing help@sune.com. We do not tolerate reports intended as spam or used to harass others, and such reports are subject to the Terms of Use and these Community Standards.

If we determine that your behavior violates these Community Standards (including illegal or inappropriate behavior), we may, in our sole discretion and with or without notice, take reasonable actions to address such behavior. Actions we may take considers the severity of the violation and repeat violations. Actions we take may include, but are not limited to: disabling or removing any content; suspending or terminating your account; banning; blocking; restricting access to some or all features of the Sune platform; alerting law enforcement authorities (such as where circumstances involve any instance of a threat of real-world harm to human life that is specific, credible, and imminent); and complying with legal obligations.

Examples of Prohibited Use and Behavior

Minor safety

Any content that depicts, describes, or promotes harm, abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors or any harmful activities or illegal behavior relating to or including a minor or behaviors that place minors at risk of physical or psychological harm is a violation of our Community Standards.

Harmful activities involving minors includes the possession or consumption of substances prohibited for minors, the misuse of legal substances, engagement in illegal activities, and participation in activities that may threaten the well-being of minors.

Behaviors that place minors at risk of physical or psychological harm include physical abuse, neglect, child endangerment, and psychological disparagement.

Dangerous acts

We do not permit content that depicts, describes, or promotes dangerous acts that may lead to serious injury or death. Dangerous acts include activities conducted in a non-professional context or without the necessary skills and safety precautions, and that may lead to serious injury or death for the user or a third party.

Suicide, self-harm, and disordered eating

We do not allow content that depicts, describes, or promotes activities that could lead to suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders. In the event that our intervention could help a user who may be at risk of harming themselves, Sune may also alert local emergency services.

Nudity and sexual activities

We do not allow nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content on the Sune platform. We also prohibit content that depicts, describes, or promotes non-consensual sexual acts, sexual acts involving minors, the sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery, or adult sexual solicitation.

Bullying and harassment

We do not allow bullying, stalking, or harassment on the Sune platform. Abusive content or content that could cause severe psychological distress is also prohibited.

Sexual harassment

We do not allow content that is or promotes sexual harassment. By sexual harassment we mean unwanted or inappropriate sexual behavior directed at another individual.

Hacking, doxxing, and blackmail

Threatening to hack or dox with an intent to harass or blackmail another individual is a violation of our Community Standards. By "dox" we mean collecting and publishing personal information, such as personal physical addresses or personal phone numbers, for malicious purposes.

Hateful behavior

We do not permit content that contains hate speech or promotes hateful behavior. By this we mean content that attacks, threatens, incites violence against, disparages, humiliates, or otherwise dehumanizes an individual or a group on the basis of attributes such as race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or disability.

Threats and incitement to violence

We do not allow threats of violence or incitement to violence on our platform. By "incitement to violence" we mean advocating for, directing, or encouraging other people to commit violence.

Inaccurate Product Information

Providing content that contains product information that is inaccurate, misleading, or false is a violation of our Community Guidelines.

Illegal activities and regulated goods

Content that promotes certain regulated goods, as well as the promotion or facilitation of criminal activities, is not permitted. For example, we do not allow content related to gambling or the sale of drugs, tobacco, alcohol, firearms, or other controlled substances. Additionally, content promoting poaching or illegal trade of wildlife or prohibited animal products, such as ivory products, is prohibited. We also treat content that deceives people in order to gain an unlawful financial or personal advantage, including schemes to defraud individuals or steal assets, as violations of our Community Standards.

Violent and graphic content

We do not permit content that is shocking, graphic, sadistic, or gruesome or that promotes violence or suffering on our platform. For example, content that shows fights, violence, accidents, or abuse or deaths of people or animals violates our Community Standards.

Intellectual property infringement

Any content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties violates our Community Standards. For example, content may not infringe or misappropriate a third party's copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret rights, or use another person's image, likeness or other aspects of their persona for commercial or promotional purposes without their permission.

Platform security

We do not allow access to the Sune platform and related computers, systems, and networks by unauthorized methods, or to obtain confidential commercial or personal information. Any attempt to undermine, bypass, or abuse the security, integrity or reliability of our platform and related computers, systems, and networks, including by transmitting any virus, Trojan horse, worm, backdoor, root kit, advanced persistent threat, time bomb, drop dead device, spyware, tracking software, ransomware, or any other malicious or unauthorized code or device, is prohibited. Additionally, you may not use any automated tools to spider or crawl the platform or related computers, systems, and networks, or use the platform to send spam, phishing, or other unauthorized content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the platform, or otherwise attempt to recreate any source code, algorithms, protocols, methods, or techniques of the platform.
